Given the amount of equity required to fully realise such a huge grassroots real estate development, the owners are open to discuss JV/equity investment opportunities with 3rd party investors, who share their vision and values. 

  • An imminent opportunity is the co-investment into 3-story, energy-self-sustained apartment villas, containing 6-8 (studio, 1BR and 2BR duplex-) apartments each, and offering 6 covered carparks. The owners of The Cliff will contribute the plots, the architectural sketches and will manage construction. Equity investors will contribute an investment volume of EUR 600k to EUR 1 Mio.
  • Another imminent opportunity is the co-investment into a (i.e. Banyan Tree or Six Senses) branded 100 key upscale eco-leisure hotel on a 16.000m2 sea-front plot, that embraces and includes the existing community center building & infinity pools and caters for its profitable operation. Current owners will contribute infrastructured and landscaped plots as well as the existing buildings. Additional investment volume by an equity partner is about EUR 9,5 Mio; DCF Value of the project is EUR 53,4 Mio, IRR 29,5%; a detailed investment proposal is available on request – to qualified investors only.
  • Investors may also realise a much larger scale hotel development on the entire northern half of The Cliff (ca. 33.000m2), while integrating the community center plot (8.418m2), the buildings, the cascaded 3 tier infinity pools and the entire landscaping which were already constructed.  
  • Investors do also have the opportunity to purchase the northern half of The Cliff in its entirety and, within masterplan limits, realise their own business model.
